What Becomes Possible When We
Make a Connection?
We move through our lives one moment at a time.
Something about our sleep. How we feel in the morning. Something that helps with pain. A change in our routine. Something we take, drink, or use.
Most of the time, we experience these things separately.
But sometimes, putting two things together helps us see something we couldn't see before.
Start with something ordinary.
Five ordinary moments. We could consider as individual parts of our day, but happens if we considered them together?
One connection can change what we see.
Sometimes one connection is enough to help something click.
And when we understand more, we have more to work with in the
moments that matter.
Now we have more to work with.
Something that puzzled us may begin to make sense.
We may notice something we hadn't noticed before. Think of a question we hadn't thought to ask. Know what we want to learn more about. Realize that something we thought was unrelated might be worth mentioning to a healthcare provider.
Or simply make a choice with more information behind it.
Understanding does not tell us what to do. It gives us more to work with as we decide for ourselves.
See what happens when you widen the picture.
Think of something you've noticed in your own life lately.
What else was happening around the same time?
You don't have to find a connection.
You don't have to figure anything out.
You are simply giving yourself the chance to see more of the picture.
More Understanding.
More Possibility
Sometimes understanding helps us notice.
Sometimes it helps us ask.
Sometimes it helps us choose.
And sometimes it simply helps something make more sense.
That's why we don't have to wait until we need this knowledge to have it.
